How long does it take for my order to ship?

All conjure oils from FANTASTICAL NOWHERE are handcrafted, infused, and ritually consecrated before shipping.

Standard processing time is 21–30 business days, unless otherwise stated (such as pre-orders).

This timeline includes:

  • small-batch creation

  • infusion periods

  • ritual and consecration work

  • bottling, labeling, and preparation

Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include weekends, federal holidays, or observed holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.


What are business days?

Business days do not include:

  • Saturdays

  • Sundays

  • Federal or observed holidays

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.


Do you offer rush processing or expedited shipping?

No.

This work cannot be rushed, expedited, or forced. If you need an item by a specific date, please order well in advance or refrain from ordering.


What about pre-orders?

Pre-orders have separate timelines, which are clearly listed in the product description.

Pre-order timelines override the standard 21–30 business day window. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Can I email to ask when my order will ship?

Please do not email about shipping if your order has not exceeded the stated 21–30 business day processing window (or pre-order timeline).

If your order is still within its listed window, it is processing normally.

Repeated inquiries during consecration interrupt active ritual work and slow down fulfillment overall.


How long does consecration take?

Consecration times vary by product and are listed on each item’s page.

Consecration may include:

  • multi-day or multi-week ritual cycles

  • lunar, planetary, or traditional ancestral timing

  • offerings

  • altar-based spirit petitioning

This is real magic, not mass production.


What if my processing or consecration window has passed?

If your order has fully exceeded its stated processing or pre-order timeline and you have not received a shipping notification, please email with:

  • your full name

  • your order number

  • the item(s) ordered

I am always happy to check on orders that are past their window.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, FANTASTICAL NOWHERE ships internationally.

Please note:

  • International shipping times vary by country and carrier

  • Customs delays are outside of my control

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes

Once an international order has shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or the carrier.


What happens if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?

Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping provider first.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but I will assist when possible.


Do you accept cancellations, returns, or refunds?

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase only

  • After 24 hours, all sales are final

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted

This policy exists due to the handmade and ritual nature of the work.


What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

This does not apply to cancellations, order changes, or refunds after the 24-hour window.


Why does FANTASTICAL NOWHERE take longer than other shops?

Every item from FANTASTICAL NOWHERE is:

  • handcrafted

  • created in small batches

  • ritually consecrated

Order Combining Policy

Please do not request to combine multiple orders.

To protect accuracy and ensure each item receives its proper preparation and documentation, orders are processed individually and cannot be combined once placed.

Combining orders often leads to:

  • fulfillment errors

  • disrupted consecration timelines

  • misplaced items or paperwork

  • delays for all involved orders

Because each order is tracked through its own creation, consecration, and shipping process, combining orders increases the risk of mistakes.

For this reason:

  • multiple orders will ship separately

  • shipping fees are not refunded or merged

  • requests to combine orders will not be honored

If you wish items to ship together, please place one single order at checkout.

This policy exists to keep your order accurate, intact, and properly prepared.


Conduct & Communication Policy

Any communication that is threatening, aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful will result in:

  • immediate order cancellation

  • automatic refund

  • permanent ban from FANTASTICAL NOWHERE

Respectful communication is required to engage with this work.
